YouCaddy Hosting Advertisement System

Overview

YouCaddy Advertisement Management System is a sub system of YouCaddy, enabling partners to manage their own electronic golf club news, promotions, special sales, coupons and distribution mechanism to their customers via mobile devices. The system provides a set of web-based tools for golf club staff to create, review, update, and deploy mobile advertisement to YouCaddy members. The system also keeps track of download advertisement and statistics for golf club staff to perform cost-benefit analysis. The system is self-explanotory and navigation is intuitive. A sample of mobile advertisement is as follows:

Login

YouCaddy Advertisement Management System implements a strict security measure to protect golf club's private data. A username and password will be provided by YouCaddy to the golf club staff to access to the system.

Search Advertisement

Upon log in, user can review the history of ad campaigns by advertisement/promotion name, advertisement code (promotion code), status, or by the starting or ending date of the event. The system accepts wildcard characters to make the search more dynamic on keywords.

Create Advertisement

The Create/Update Promotion screen allows user to create new promotion/advertisement. The record is generically designed to accommondate different types of advertisement. Each record has a short headline where it is used to display on a promotion list, a long description, type of advertisement, advertisement code, discounts, comments, status, quantity, price, discount level 1, discount level 2, etc.

Create Ad Image

Any advertisement can have an image attached to it. Depending on the advertisement, the size of the image can varry from a small to a full screen image on the mobile device.

Review Advertisement

When an advertisement is created, user can review and revise the contents. A mobile screen simulator can be provided to depict as close as possible the actual advertisement might look like on customer's mobile device. Each advertisement has two different statuses or stages, Pending Review and Completed-Ready for Production.

Deploy Advertisement

To deploy an advertisement, all user has to do is to change its status to Completed-Ready for Production and make sure the deploy time window (Start and End dates) is correct for the offering period. That's all.

YouCaddy Colf Club Management System is the core system that stores more than 16,000 golf clubs data for all applications and features to use.

Update Golf Club Information

User can review all the golf club information including address, contacts, course description, history, rates, etc. to make sure the data is up-to-date. In the event of data needs to be updated, user can update the record and the data will be available immediately.
