Course Directory Help

The Course Directory menu allows you to search for, and ultimate select for game play, a particular course.

Search Golf Course allows you to quickly search for a course based on its name, city, or zip. Clicking on one of the courses that are presented in the search then creates this as the default course from which you can start a new round, view other course info, etc.

Course Information provides a general description, course rates, address, score card, and maps for the currently selected course.

Previous Search Results allows you to quickly view the list of courses that resulted from your last search.

My Favorites allows you to quickly access courses you have previously saved as favorites.

Book Tee Time Help

The Book Tee Time menu allows you to search for and book available tee times based on a whole number of criteria.

Start Searching – clicking here will initiate the process of searching for a tee time, starting with the geographic area you are interested in playing. Once you have selected a geographic area, you will then be prompted to further refine your search based on course(s), date, number of players, and discount. Selecting a discount level will search for that level (ex: 25% discount) plus any higher discounts.

A list of tee times that meet your search criteria will be displayed and you can select one of these tee times to book online using your mobile device. You will then be walked through a series of screens, ultimately concluding with payment information. Note that only the booking fee, rather than the course fee itself, will be billed at time of reservation.

Previous Search Results allows you to quickly view the list of courses that resulted from your last search. Note that some of the tee times may no longer be available.

My Reservations will display a list of your prior reservations. You can then click on one of the listed reservations to view more information about the location and tee time.

Pre-Game Menu Help

The Pre-Game Menu allows you to initiate a new round, begin tracking score for the round, and view information about the currently selected golf course.

Start New Round initiates a new round, where you will be prompted to select the particular tee you be using for the course.

Course Details provides a high level description of the selected course.

View Score Card displays the currently selected course’s score card, including par, handicap, and tee information for each hole.

Course Pictures displays pictures of the selected course when available.

Course Map displays a map of the selected course when available.

Game Menu Help

The Game Menu allows you to keep track of your score while on the course, view info and hints about a particular hole, and view pictures of the hole when available.

Add A Stroke increments the current hole’s score by one stroke.

Update Hole Score allows you to record a single score for the current hole.

Next Hole Score advances to the next hole.

Hole Info displays par, yardage, elevation and other info for the current hole.

Round Info displays the currently recorded score for each hole, along with par and yardage info.

Hole Pictures displays images of the hole when available.

Post-Game Menu Help

The Post-Game Menu allows you to edit the current round’s score, as well as view and edit hints for the course.

Round Info displays the currently recorded score for each hole, along with par and yardage info.

Update Score Card allows you to update the total score for the round.

Hint4Hole allows you to record hints and notes for a given hole.

Tools and Settings Help

Tools & Settings allows you to view help, edit your profile, review your playing history, review golf rules, and log out of YouCaddy..

My Profile allows you to edit your profile, including club information.

Round History displays a list of your prior rounds.
